Amicus partnering with Futurespace were engaged on a Design and Construct basis for the 565sqm SCOR office fitout. The project at 1 O’Connell Street in Sydney was completed in less than 24 weeks from design phase to practical completion.
Having outgrown their space in Australia Square, SCOR was keen to design a stand out office that catered for the two separate business units. When Scor first saw their new workplace, they were thrilled with the vibrancy of the office fitout and all staff were eager to move in.
The office, which overlooks the Sydney Harbour, is orientated to give the best views to the staff. Amicus delivered the fitout and met the clients brief, providing them with the WOW factor. The Scor workplace design was workshopped to emphasis the friendly workplace culture, creating a welcoming & warm office atmosphere. The design palette used was classic and neutral – creating a sense of enthusiasm and excitement into the Scor workplace. The final result was excellent, the new Scor office fitout is spacious, modern, colourful, whilst maintaining a professional feel.
Scor was very happy that Amicus met the brief quoting, “The Amicus team were all very professional and worked well to understand and meet our specific needs.”
