Client Goals:

Amicus Interiors was thrilled to be engaged by this global financial institution as they embarked on the creation of their first official office in Melbourne.

Located in the “paris-end” of the CBD, the 250m2 fit out features a welcome area to greet clients, two boardrooms, three separate office zones with a mix of private offices and open plan workstations and a communal kitchen. Located high up in the building, the design takes advantage of the views and natural daylight, with offices and boardrooms strategically located on the perimeters.

Great consideration was given in the design phase to the need for security and confidentiality and this was addressed with acoustically protected meeting rooms, glazed glass and swipe-card access to workspaces.

Amicus worked closely with the client’s Facilities Management to ensure that the fitout reflected the aesthetics of their global brand in an appropriate manner.

The overall feel is professional, clean and quiet. The build was constructed in 8 weeks and scheduled across the Christmas period to minimise disruption to business operations.
