Project Details

When 3 Degrees Consulting embarked on their new office fitout, they were looking for a firm that could guide them through the project process. One of their key considerations was the confidence and trust that they wished to place in their fitout partner, which led them to appointing Amicus for their new workspace at Level 19, HWT Tower, 40 City Road, Southbank.

Client Goals

Amicus offers an approach which is both professional and friendly,ensuring that the process is both comfortable and enjoyable for the client. When the premises chosen by 3 Degrees fell through, Amicus used their knowledge and contacts to step in and assist to ensure that they chose the right building, location and environment for their specific requirements.

3 Degrees were keen to break away from the stereotypical, legal-firm layout with the design of their workspace, and therefore choosing the right design partners was also key. Amicus partnered with Future Space to develop an openplan working environment that would support the organisation’s changing business requirements and culture. The result is modern and functional with a few playful touches: an informal meeting area complete with fake turf, picnic-style furniture and plants; a graffiti splashback in the kitchen inspiredfrom a teambuilding session and several whiteboard and blackboard zones foremployee creativity and brainstorming.

The project duration was 12 weeks from design to handover. The Amicus project management approach resulted in a satisfied client and a quality, value-for-money fitout.
