Client Goals

The GPT Group called a competitive tender to source suitable head contractors to complete the above named work, part of the tender selection criteria was the successful contractors construction methodology, and the approach to cause minimal disruption to the existing tenants of the building. Amicus was selected based on previous works in the building as well as our approach to completing the works.
