Project Details

The project was carried on a construction management basis, over a period of 9 weeks across 1500sqm on Level 2, 452 Flinders Street, Melbourne, VIC.

Client goals

Nokia Siemens Networks, the global telecommunications and broadband company lease was due to expire at their Melbourne office. The selection of a new location was not a straight forward exercise because the Melbourne leasing market had peaked. The the right location was eventually identified but the delay meant that the proposed project timeframe had to be severely compressed.

The project was delivered on time and to budget.

The new fit out included the creation of a sophisticated test bed facility for equipment testing, and more conventional office accommodation including workstations, a branded reception and meeting room precinct and various staff amenities.
