Amicus were delighted to be engaged by Greenstone partners to design and construct their new office fit out located at level 9, 151 Macquarie street Sydney.

As a leading independent corporate advisory firm, Greenstone Partners engaged Amicus to create a new environment that would reflect their professionalism, and represent the calibre of clients with whom they work.

Greenstone requested a progressive design with a fresh and vibrant look that which made the most of the natural light in their new space, ensuring that there was full optimisation of views throughout the office.   By providing a variety of work setting and collaboration spaces, the team now have the choice of how and where they work.  A large breakout space at the heart of the fit out will allow the team to have informal catch-ups as well as interact socially.

The key for Amicus to be able to design to the brief was by providing a well-considered methodology and detailed floorplans before any work
commenced.  The client Maree Meyers, Greenstone said of our approach  “They were approachable and gave us a very thorough pitch, which included budgets and detailed floorplans – much more detailed than we expected at that early stage.”

With no time constraints issued, the project was completed within 18 weeks from design to handover with value engineering applied to ensure the tight budget was met.  

“We are very impressed with our new office and have had many compliments from clients about it. It feels fresher, more professional and we have much more space for collaboration and team events. We love our new sit/stand desks too! We would definitely use Amicus again for any future projects and would be happy to act as a reference for Amicus.”
