Client Goals

TressCox Lawyers had been in the same offices for 23 years and their fit-out was tired and dated and had staff placed where ever a desk would fit . Their new fit-out had to be modern and fresh bringing the lawyers and administration team back to a working harmony. The new design scheme offers a flowing workspace embracing a paperless environment, with a breakout area encouraging staff to move around.

What the client said:

“The initial design responded to our brief both in the 'feel of the office and also within the set budget. You have been responsive to our discussions on finding economical alternatives to some of the design features to ensure that the project met budget without any detriment to the quality of the finishes.”
