Client Goals

Singtel Optus, the global telecommunications giant had worked on the strategy for this Campus project for 6 years. The plan was to move the business out of 7 different locations into a new 7000 capacity Campus precinct with 6 buildings, purpose built by the developer Stockland. At the time the project was the biggest commercial real estate project in Australia and attracted a lot of compliance attention. The timing and logistics of the move were business critical and achieving the final occupation certificate became the major success indicator for a project which ran for 72 months. The new fit out has provided the campus workers with a Gym, Childcare facility, Food Court and Conferencing venue.
