Client Goals

John Holland brought a number of their operations into their new Queensland head office at the Emporium Building, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. The new location provides 4500sqm of office accommodation; 3000sqm has been occupied in the first stage of the project, leaving a full 1500sqm floor available for growth in the business going forward. The project was delivered under unprecedented time pressure due to the delay in completion of the new building structure. Stone and veneers have been used extensively throughout, and joinery components in the meeting rooms and reception areas. The fit out was designed and installed by Amicus over an 8 week construction programme enabling John Holland to occupy the space ahead of the Christmas break.
