Location: 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne
Duration: 6 weeks
IRESS, a principal supplier of share market and wealth management systems, engaged Amicus Interiors to expand their existing tenancy to a new floor at 385 Bourke Street, Melbourne. In response to forecasted business growth, the objective was to fit the maximum number of work positions into the 800sqm space.
The design includes a range of meeting and quiet rooms, a large breakout with stunning views of Melbourne CBD, a HR hub with private access and a network operations centre complete with an AV service performance wall.
Amicus partnered with PTID to deliver a sleek and modern office fitout that “wowed” the client. The use of IRESS’s corporate colour of blue throughout the design is a bold injection into an otherwise neutral space. Potted plants are an uplifting addition and act as a buffer between common pathways and workstations.
The client was very pleased with Amicus’s approach to project management and our ability to complete the project within the timeframe of 6 weeks.
